Requirements
- 2+ years of residential construction experience
- QC experience MUST be from carpentry or construction related roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to change
- Excellent communication skills for addressing quality issues
Responsibilities
- Inspect completed buildings using our quality checklist
- Ensure all products meet company standards; return for rework if needed
- Identify patterns in quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and share findings with the Operations Manager
