About The Position

AgriSompo North America is seeking a Quality Control Reviewer for its Quality Control team. This role is crucial for delivering best-in-class customer service by performing reviews and verifying files to meet the Compliance requirements of the SRA. The Quality Control Reviewer will manage field compliance for MPCI and coordinate with the Regional Quality Control Supervisor, working with a high level of autonomy and limited supervision. AgriSompo provides advanced analytics for risk assessment across its product lines and is committed to making a lasting impact on farmers and ranchers through exceptional customer service.

Requirements

High School/GED or equivalent experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people within and outside the organization.
Ability to successfully handle multiple assignments and coordinate several projects with changing priorities.
Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work both autonomously and effectively in a team environment.
Ability to make decisions using sound judgment.
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Hearing. Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s Degree in Agriculture or similar field.
A minimum of 2 years’ MPCI crop adjusting, or related crop insurance experience.

Responsibilities

Perform reviews pursuant to the requirements of the SRA including but not limited to Appendix IV reviews.
Work with agents and underwriters on any errors and corrections.
Provide oral and written communication to agents, insured’s, and adjusters regarding reviews.
Work closely with ASNA employees and contractors on matters related to quality control reviews.
Communicate review and case determinations, including proposed corrective actions to the Regional Quality Control Supervisor.
Stay abreast of understanding, interpreting, and communicating RMA and SRA rules/regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
