This role is responsible for the quality inspection and improvement activities of supplier parts, ensuring high quality and conformity to international standards. The position involves analyzing parts for new vehicle projects and conducting quality inspections per the Operation Plan. It also includes analyzing the root causes of part problems, implementing improvement activities, and preparing for quality meetings. The role requires managing quality facilities and equipment, handling investment costs, and coordinating external tasks. Participation in new vehicle projects, including inspection preparation, quality securing plan establishment, and evaluation response, is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the role involves monitoring vehicle faults, ensuring procedures and systems comply with standards and legal requirements, planning and monitoring corrective actions for non-conformities, preparing reports, and providing technical support to improve the management system. The position is also responsible for product certifications and certification planning to meet market demands, generating troubleshooting reports, and fulfilling other assigned duties.
