What this job involves: As a Quality Control Manager, you'll lead JLL's quality assurance program, ensuring all services meet rigorous standards through systematic inspections, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll coordinate quality control inspections, manage FAA Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) interactions, and oversee comprehensive documentation in the Facilities Management System (FMMS). This role combines analytical expertise with regulatory knowledge as you review performance metrics, identify trends, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) and DOL regulations including McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis-Bacon Act (DBA). You'll drive a culture of quality excellence by ensuring all staff complete required training and services are executed to exacting standards with complete documentation.
