This role involves identifying quality control problems, recommending and implementing solutions, and ensuring no deficiencies are concealed. The manager acts as a liaison with owners, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and internal departments on quality-related matters, performs and witnesses inspections and testing, monitors construction activities, and documents results. They are also responsible for issuing reports on quality deficiencies, ensuring corrective measures are implemented, reviewing work for compliance, and maintaining updated contract documents. The position involves developing punch lists and final inspections and acceptance, and performing additional assignments as directed by a supervisor.
