About The Position

The Quality Manager position leads Quality Team located in Santa Clara and Sunnyvale, CA. This role oversees the Quality function for the Santa Clara manufacturing site and Development & QC Testing conducted in Sunnyvale. The Quality Manager ensures compliance with internal process/product specifications, customer specifications, and Solstice policies. This position defines, deploys, and assesses effective implementation of the ISO9000-based Quality Management System for the sites, and is responsible for supporting any other current / future site certifications. The ideal candidate is well-versed in Quality and Lean Six Sigma tools, such as: Problem Solving, Process & Product Controls, Measurement Systems, Calibration, Lean Manufacturing, Statistics and other applicable quality concepts. The candidate makes data-based decisions using industry experience.
