POSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Control Manager is responsible for leading and executing quality assurance strategies that align with organizational goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Continuous Improvement, this role drives AQL-based quality standards while ensuring full compliance with ISO requirements and internal quality management systems. This position provides oversight of inspection processes, reporting accuracy and SLA adherence by establishing a structured, data-driven approach to quality control. The Quality Control Manager leads the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistent execution of standards across the quality team. As a key leader, this role is responsible for fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence and customer-first approach. The Quality Control Manager proactively identifies risks, escalates critical quality issues to senior leadership and partners cross-functionally to enhance product quality and overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role champions Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to drive long-term performance improvements within the department.
