About The Position

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking an Electronic Security Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee testing, inspection, and compliance for electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems. The role ensures installations meet quality and contract standards.

The QC Manager develops and implements Quality Control Plans and procedures for installation, testing, and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems. The role conducts site inspections and internal audits, ensures compliance with applicable codes and standards, tracks defects and corrective actions, and coordinates quality matters with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and government representatives.

Requirements

• At least seven years of relevant experience in the quality control field, including five years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• NICET certification in Fire Alarm or Electronic Security Systems.
• ASQ certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Quality Control Plans and procedures for the installation, testing, and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems.
• Conduct routine site inspections and internal audits to verify work complies with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to commercial building codes, ISO standards, or federal/Department of Defense contract specifications.
• Identify non-conformances, lead root-cause analyses, and enforce corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and government representatives to communicate quality expectations and resolve discrepancies.
