About The Position

DetailXPerts is growing dramatically! We are seeking a Quality Control Lead who takes immense pride in delivering a flawless client experience. This is a critical leadership role for someone with an extraordinary eye for detail, a deep understanding of commercial cleaning standards, and a passion for building strong client relationships. As a QC Lead, you aren't just completing tasks—you are ensuring our "Spotless Guarantee" is met across every site, every night.

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience (Required).
Basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel) for administrative tasks and inventory management.
You must be dependable, punctual, and have a "get it done" attitude.
A valid drivers license with a reasonable record, reliable transportation to our hub, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a lead or supervisory role is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct rigorous inspections of indoor/outdoor areas, restrooms, and floors to ensure they meet DetailXPerts elite standards.
Lead by example by performing general cleaning and maintenance (pressure washing fuel islands, floor care, window detailing, and sanitation).
Direct and mentor fellow cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Complete and submit digital checklists, inventory sheets, and inspection reports (Word/Excel).
Ensure all buildings are locked and secured after hours and proactively report any maintenance hazards.
Act as the face of the company, building trust and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
