About The Position

This role supports the senior analysts and the lab by performing routine quality control testing and sample preparation to support product release and batch record documentation. This is a great entry-level role emphasizing strict adherence to GMP and lab safety practices while developing technical skills, documentation discipline and troubleshooting ability to grow into greater analytical responsibility.

This role is for our day and split shift.

Requirements

• DEC in Chemistry
• New grad or up to 2 years in a GMP laboratory
• Willingness to complete repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail, reliability, good manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work under supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 35+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with basic lab techniques, good pipetting technique, proper weighing, basic aseptic technique is an asset

Responsibilities

• Prepare and label samples, reagents, and media; prepare solutions for daily testing
• Execute routine analytical tests i.e. pH, titrations, gravimetric, basic HPLC/GC run and sample preparation, dissolution, visual inspection per SOPs and test methods.
• Record and review raw data for completeness and legibility; enter results into spreadsheets
• Perform basic instrument cleaning, calibration checks, and preventive maintenance logs.
• Report deviations, nonconformances, and out-of-specification results to supervisor.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, consumables inventory, and waste disposal per safety rules.
• Follow GMP compliance and company safety policies.
• Participate in basic method validation support and stability sample pulling as directed.
