Your Impact at Arxada As a Quality Control Laboratory Technician in Helena, Arkansas, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, safety, and integrity of our products. Working closely with cross‑functional partners, you will support routine laboratory testing, raw material inspections, and documentation that enable reliable product release and regulatory compliance. Requirements

High school diploma with relevant laboratory experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field
0–2 years of experience in a quality control, GLP, or GMP laboratory environment preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic scientific and mathematical skills applicable to laboratory testing and data interpretation
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Perform routine quality control testing and laboratory activities in accordance with established procedures
Record observations, measurements, and test results accurately and maintain quality documentation
Support receipt, inspection, and verification of raw materials and finished products
Clean, disinfect, and maintain laboratory glassware, equipment, and workspaces to GMP standards
Collaborate with colleagues across laboratory, operations, and R&D teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
Promote and maintain adherence to food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (GMP, HACCP, FDA, SQF)
Work safely, identify irregularities, and proactively escalate quality or safety concerns
