About The Position
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for reviewing projects to ensure compliance with Ram Jack standards, engineering specifications, and customer expectations. This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence, preventing rework, and supporting continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience in construction, structural repair, or related field (foundation repair)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and engineering reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills; able to deliver constructive feedback effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel on occasion
- Detail orientated, with strong problem solving skills.
- Professional, customer focused demeanor.
- Experience with MIcrosoft Word and Excel tools for reporting and documentation
- Team player with the ability to lead by example
Nice To Haves
- CAD experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Inspect residential and multi-family remedial foundation repair jobs prior to installation.
- Verify work aligns with engineering drawings, job specifications, and company standards.
- Document findings with photos, reports, and corrective action recommendations.
- Partner with Sales and Production teams to ensure job quality aligns with customer commitments.
- Track trends and identify recurring quality issues to recommend process improvements.
