As a Quality Control Inspector, you will inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure conformance to specifications. This role involves ensuring inspections are performed in accordance with FDA, ISO, and other applicable regulations/guidelines, following written instructions with engineering-based content, and training in mechanical inspection techniques. You will apply attention to detail for medical device product features, interface with peers, engineers, and Regulatory auditors, and accurately record inspection results to ensure proper segregation of accepted and rejected products. For higher-level positions (Quality Control Inspector II & Sr. Mechanical Inspector), responsibilities include training new inspectors, interpreting supplier certifications, and interfacing with various engineering functions to perform/improve inspection techniques.
