About The Position
Aprios Custom MFG, a 100% employee-owned manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Inspector to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in quality inspection, blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- 3+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing
- Experience reading engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of quality systems and inspection methods
Nice To Haves
- CMM and regulated industry experience preferred
- ISO 13485 and ASQ CQI certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured products
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&T requirements
- Operate precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and pin gauges
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections
- Support NCRs, quality documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize and support CMM inspection processes
