About The Position

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring all materials and finished products meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. This Quality Control Inspector role plays a key part in maintaining quality, supporting production, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Experience performing precision inspections and quality testing
Strong understanding of quality standards and compliance procedures
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and inspection records
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
Technical certification in quality control or related field (preferred)
Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly environments

Responsibilities

Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections on materials and products
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for compliance
Perform precision measurements and testing on raw materials and finished goods
Document inspection results, including approvals, rejections, and corrective actions
Enter and maintain data in quality systems
Communicate findings and collaborate with production and engineering teams
Identify root causes of defects and assist with corrective actions
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Support quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives
