Requirements

Experience in a Quality Control, Inspection, or Manufacturing role
A strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
Previous manual handling experience
Forklift certification or experience

Responsibilities

Performing visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured products and components
Verifying products meet engineering specifications, company standards, and customer requirements
Identifying quality concerns and supporting corrective actions when needed
Accurately completing inspection records and quality documentation
Ensuring products are approved and ready for shipment
Collaborating with production teams to maintain and improve quality processes
Supporting a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and quality-focused best practices
