Requirements
- 2–4 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment (machine shop preferred)
- Experience operating CMMs (running programs)
- Proficient with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)
- Strong understanding of blueprints and GD&T
- Familiarity with CNC machining processes
Nice To Haves
- ASQ certification or equivalent is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections using precision measuring tools and CMMs (running established programs)
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 standards
- Document inspection results and non-conformances accurately
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Work with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues
- Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements
