About The Position

The Quality Control / Hardware position is responsible for aiding in the quality check process of raw materials for Chrome Hearts apparel as well as the manual addition of Chrome Hearts custom hardware onto apparel noted by the work order.

Requirements

Some experience in packaging preferred.
Candidates are expected to learn all responsibilities in an adequate time frame
Basic iron application skills
Must be able to work well with others and have excellent communication skills
Ability to handle a physical workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Eager to take on responsibility with a personal sense of accountability

Responsibilities

Handle and inspect blank pieces of apparel as raw materials.
Reference garment spec sheets and physically measure garments to ensure correct grading and quality control.
Install silver grommets and other hardware on pullover hoodies.
Identify and separate any garments that do not meet quality standards.
Properly package garments and return them to their designated storage.
Fold garments in bundles by count (sweaters, sweats, leggings).
Mark hoodies for accurate hardware placement.
Apply iron-on fusing material to hoodies at marked locations.
Create puncture holes and secure silver grommets onto hoodies.
Maintain organized production processes and track inventory counts.
Assist the team in meeting daily and weekly production goals.
Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive routine.
Keep the work area clean and orderly while following safety protocols.
