About The Position

This role is responsible for performing work safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards. It requires understanding and adherence to all safety requirements, including the proper use of LOTO. The position involves becoming proficient in the use of various measurement devices and systems, performing a range of tests, and maintaining accurate records.

• Proper use of LOTO
• Understanding and adhere to all safety requirements.
• Understand the use of digital scales for all affected test methods.
• Become proficient in the use of all hand measurement devices.
• Top-load testing and procedures.
• Layer thickness testing and procedures.
• Color testing.
• Treatment testing.
• Visual inspections for attributes.
• Optical comparator measurements.
• Activity logs.
• Production systems.
• Basic computer skills, excel & word, test software.
• Calculations.
• ABVIS measurement system.
• Gainseeker system.
• First Article Inspection procedures.
• Sampling control plans.
• Customer testing documents.
• Oracle.
• Vacuum leak and leak testing.
• Drop testing.
