Under the direction of the Quality Manager and Document Control Supervisor, the Quality Control Document Coordinator is a key member of the Quality Team responsible for reviewing, maintaining, organizing, and controlling production and food safety documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company, customer, regulatory, and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements. This position plays an important role in supporting the Quality and Food Safety programs by reviewing daily production documentation across all three shifts, identifying and communicating required corrections, maintaining controlled documentation, supporting SQF documentation requirements, entering and tracking data, and providing coaching and training to production employees. The Quality Control Document Coordinator is responsible for maintaining departmental procedures, organizing the SQF document system, supporting audit preparation, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Department. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
