About The Position

CSG is seeking a Quality Control Auditor for the Night Shift. This role involves conducting comprehensive audits of business and technical processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The auditor will evaluate production processes for efficiency and effectiveness, analyze expenses and documentation for accuracy, and utilize Microsoft Office Suite to document findings, create reports, and manage data. Research will be performed to support audit conclusions, and clear, concise reports with recommendations will be prepared and presented to stakeholders. Collaboration with various departments is key to understanding processes and implementing quality control measures.

Requirements

  • Dependable and open to working a flexible 40 hr. per week work schedule typically 7:00 PM-3:00 AM, which may vary depending upon business needs.
  • Ability to engage in positive, constructive conversations that foster collaboration, problem solving and continuous improvements
  • Proficient utilizing a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, (Word, Outlook, Power Point and specifically Excel.)
  • Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift. Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
  • Comfortable working independently and as a part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of business and technical processes.
  • Proficient in English in a business environment.

  • Previous quality control or auditing experience is a plus!

  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other office applications to document audit findings, create reports and manage data.
  • Perform through researching to gather information and support audit conclusions.
  • Prepare clear, concise and accurate report writings on audit results including recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Present results reporting to relevant stakeholders, highlighting key findings and potential risks
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand existing processes and implement quality control measures.
