About The Position

CSG is seeking a Quality Control Auditor for the Day Shift. This role involves conducting comprehensive audits of business and technical processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The auditor will evaluate production processes for efficiency and effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and analyze expenses and related documentation for accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines. Responsibilities include utilizing Microsoft Office and other office applications for documentation, reporting, and data management, performing research to support audit conclusions, and preparing clear, concise reports with recommendations for corrective actions. The role also requires presenting findings to stakeholders and collaborating with various departments to implement quality control measures.

Requirements

Dependable and open to working flexible 40 hr. per week work schedule typically 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, which may vary depending upon business needs.
Ability to engage in positive, constructive conversations that foster collaboration, problem solving and continuous improvements.
Proficient utilizing a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Power Point and specifically Excel).
Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift.
Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
Comfortable working independently and as a part of a team.
Strong understanding of business and technical processes.
Proficient in English in a business environment.
