About The Position

The Quality Control Associate helps ensure that products leaving the production line meet strict specifications and high quality standards. The role includes monitoring production, performing visual, functional, and dimensional inspections, taking measurements and conducting product-specific analyses such as particle tests, supporting new batch releases, investigating deviations, and contributing to continuous improvement. The Associate also supports a culture of quality, safety, and 5S.

Requirements

• Secondary vocational education, such as mechanical technician education or a related qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in quality control or production.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and MES systems.
• Basic knowledge of measurement and inspection techniques.
• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Good communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities
