About The Position

EPE USA is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Associate to help ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications through inspections, testing, and collaboration with production staff. The role is hands-on in a manufacturing environment and calls for accuracy, high quality standards, and attention to safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, work instructions, and measuring tools.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools.
• Identify defects, report quality concerns, and assist with corrective actions.
• Verify products meet customer specifications and internal quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and minimize defects.
• Identify, sort, and document defective materials and products requiring rework.
• Assist with inventory counts, material verification, and proper labeling.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Support and comply with all company policies and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
