Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, and work instructions, and use measuring tools.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection.
Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools.
Identify defects, report quality concerns, and assist with corrective actions.
Verify products meet customer specifications and internal quality requirements.
Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and minimize defects.
Identify, sort, and document defective materials and products requiring rework.
Assist with inventory counts, material verification, and proper labeling.
Follow company safety procedures and quality control standards.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Support and comply with all company policies and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
