About The Position

The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards through analytical testing and data analysis. Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a scientific discipline is required.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a laboratory environment.
Proficient in Microsoft suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent grammar and communication skills required.
High attention to detail necessary.
Ability to work in team and individual environments

Responsibilities

Analyze samples of raw materials, in-process, and finished products for conformance to company specifications.
Perform testing using analytical equipment and instruments.
Document, interpret, and report results, noting any deviations and non-compliances.
Maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
Troubleshoot equipment when failures and unusual performances occur to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance processes.
Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Maintain laboratory inventory counts to ensure the laboratory is properly stocked with supplies.
