About The Position

Regeneron is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join its Industrial Operations and Product Supply (IOPS) Quality Control team. The role performs a variety of chemical or biological analyses on raw materials, products, in-process materials, or stability samples in support of the company’s quality program. The position is based in Rensselaer, New York, and follows a second-shift schedule from Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and document test results.
• Review test results for compliance with standards and report quality anomalies.
• Align work with pertinent regulatory agency requirements.
• Participate in required training activities.
• Maintain laboratory supplies.
• Conduct testing of in-process, product, stability, and/or research samples.
• Write and revise control test procedures and SOPs.
• Complete test records and review data.
• Calibrate instruments and devices, or verify their calibration, before use.
• Interact with outside customers or functional peer groups.
• May maintain a specific project.
• May devise or develop new analytical methods and techniques.
• May assist in method validation.
• May help establish methodology transfer from R&D.
