About The Position

This position will focus on providing clerical support to the Compliance and Quality Teams within the PRIME division, which is part of S&S Activewear. PRIME Line is the hard goods division of S&S, offering promotional product distributors top products in best-selling categories. Some experience in quality/inspections preferred.

Responsibilities

Weekly testing of products using XRF machine – downloading the data, reporting weekly on any items that failed XRF testing.
Daily review of Overseas Inspection reports – approving/failing, filing reports in the product files, updating the overseas inspection database.
Assisting the Compliance Supervisor with special projects as required.
Update Databases (overseas, incoming, xrf, defective product database).
Update and upload e-filing information for products on a weekly basis (working closely with supply chain department).
Support Quality Supervisor with reporting and dispositioning defective product once identified.
Transfer data from M4N incoming inspections to Supply Chain.
Act as a liaison between Compliance and Quality, communicating concerns or potential problems as they arise.
Prepare reports as required.
