About The Position

To implement and maintain the Company Quality System and to ensure product and process quality/integrity meets appropriate regulatory/customer requirements. The employee will support the production activities related to the section 15 of A350 composite Assembly Line. As part of the Aviation Safety and Quality organisation, the employee will be responsible for activity related to the expertise on product process and failure analysis with operational process surveillance.

Requirements

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or manufacturing industry required
  • Authorization to work in the US.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to articulate complex issues to others.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters is essential.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Aerospace and/or Automotive industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing non-conformities
  • Performing Problem-Solving (PPS): Perform root cause analyses.
  • Recommends and supports the implementation of corrective actions that are necessary to reduce or eliminate nonconformance to design specifications.
  • Has the capability to work with the team and develop PFMEAs and control Plan.
  • Participating and preparing governances
  • Problem-solving
  • Group facilitation
  • Communications management, within the Multi Functional Team and internal customer
  • Project management on Quality improvement
  • Apply knowledge of quality policies and practices to develop, document, and maintain quality systems and operating procedures.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate improvements in manufacturing (e.g., hardware and tool acceptance, variability reduction and assembly operations, etc.).
  • Ability to compile, measure and analyze process capability data, models to perform trend analyses and risk assessments.
  • Being the Voice of the Customer at Final Product Inspection ( FPI) station.
  • Identifying, investigating and solving Quality related problems and co-ordinating relevant corrective action teams.
  • Conducting Quality surveillance and feedback loop.
  • Drive the ‘’4 eyes inspections’’ principles on all concessions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
