About The Position

Saint Joe’s is seeking a Quality & Compliance Specialist to join their team and help ensure the organization maintains the highest standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and safety. This role is for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys improving processes, supporting teams, and making a meaningful impact across an organization.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and teams
Ability to manage priorities, maintain confidentiality, and follow through on compliance-related responsibilities
A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
CPHQ certification or equivalent preferred
Experience in reg compliance and quality management preferred
Background in a DODD setting preferred

Responsibilities

Support organizational compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety programs
Monitor and maintain effective systems for quality, compliance, and accountability
Manage and support compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation
Facilitate and coordinate quality, compliance, and safety training
Partner with departments and teams to identify opportunities for improvement
Help promote a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Support ongoing quality assurance and compliance initiatives
Coordinate, manage and monitor Saint Joe's critical incident reporting system with internal and external partners
Collaborate with external stakeholders and partners
Work closely with leadership and staff to ensure requirements are understood and consistently followed
