Our mission is to support the independence and dignity of older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing essential information and services that promote healthy, safe living which positively impacts our community. We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Director to be responsible for understanding state, funding source and contract requirements. They will lead the Quality & Compliance Team to work with agency leadership using progressive quality methodology to meet compliance requirements. This role will provide business intelligence and actionable solutions to improve OCES' clinical, financial, and strategic goals.
