About The Position

OCES is growing and expanding to cover the south shore area. OCES supports older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services. By promoting healthy, safe living for our consumers, we hope to allow them to stay active and engaged in their lives and in their own communities for as long as possible. Our mission is to support the independence and dignity of older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing essential information and services that promote healthy, safe living which positively impacts our community. We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Director to be responsible for understanding state, funding source and contract requirements. They will lead the Quality & Compliance Team to work with agency leadership using progressive quality methodology to meet compliance requirements. This role will provide business intelligence and actionable solutions to improve OCES' clinical, financial, and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple direct reports with multiple projects
  • Work independently and meet deadlines, self-driven, proactive
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills: must present strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of staff
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including but not limited to Excel/Pivot Tables, Macros, data manipulation functions
  • Ability to deal effectively with statistical and financial data
  • Ability to maintain agency privacy and confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management or related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in human services with at least 2 years in a management role
  • A personal computer with secured internet access at home

Nice To Haves

  • Masters preferred
  • Preferred experience in Project Management/Six Sigma Certification
  • Preferred experience with WellSky products used by ASAP network

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Leadership to develop a positive corporate culture of change and improvement
  • Drive the Quality Team to engage with business and program teams resulting in the corporation meeting compliance and training requirements
  • Partner with leadership to improve and enhance the company's changing culture, analytical metrics, quality methodology and training solutions
  • Manages the design and maintenance of a system for managing data, analysis, and project solutions resulting in measured performance status reporting
  • Corporate quality liaison who communicates fact-based findings to various stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Other duties as assigned
