In this role, your responsibilities will include reviewing problem boxes at packing stations and communicating quantity discrepancies to appropriate team members to support timely resolution. You will audit combination bucket pallets, pallet stacking configurations on the dock, loaded trailers, and Zone 48 packed boxes to ensure compliance with established quality standards. You will document pallet shipment numbers, pallet identification numbers, trailer information, pallet configuration audit results, and any identified discrepancies in tracking spreadsheets. You will record audited box license plate numbers (LPNs) and any associated findings or errors. You will track transfer order numbers, line counts, audit percentages, delivery numbers, and audit findings using designated reporting tools. Additionally, you will verify inventory accuracy and product quality to support operational and customer requirements. You will assist with root cause investigations, corrective actions, and process improvements to prevent recurring issues. You will also support incoming and outbound shipment inspections to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards. Finally, you will promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the facility.
