This role is responsible for conducting audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews to ensure operational accuracy, product quality, and adherence to established procedures. Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Nice To Haves

Experience with auditing, quality assurance, warehouse operations, or related functions preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow established procedures to perform routine business support and audit-related tasks under general supervision.
Conduct audits and quality checks for new hires, training activities, store orders, chase operations, and stocking functions.
Complete audit reports to communicate findings, identify issues, and document areas of concern.
Provide recommendations to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Prepare and share audit reports with distribution center leadership to support operational accuracy, product quality, and compliance efforts.
Build effective working relationships with team members to ensure clear communication, resolve issues, and prevent service delays.
