Requirements

  • Work with limited supervision
  • Must be able to read and write
  • Be able to complete basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Must be able to communicate with written and verbal skills
  • Must be capable of light to heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
  • Be able to work overtime as needed
  • Operation and maintenance of various types of office equipment, such as fax machine and copier
  • Proficient in data entry and documentation maintenance.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint) and the internet
  • Must be proficient with WMS and Execution Dashboard
  • Must be proficient in multi-tasking duties
  • Must be able to operate all power industrial equipment
  • Should be proficient with RF and Voice picking
  • Should be proficient with Oracle
  • Must be able to work in Oracle Browsers
  • Must be capable of reading and interpreting blue prints
  • Must be proficient in using measurement tools including but not limited to a tape measure and caliper

  • High School diploma preferred

Responsibilities

  • Reprints pick list when necessary and adjust accordingly
  • Looks up backup locations via WMS
  • Processes pack detail for various products/orders
  • Maintains files for all documents created (i.e. wave reports, monthly reviews, etc.)
  • Run and distribute daily reports to staff when necessary
  • Provides administrative support for department as needed as well as performs special projects as assigned by supervisor
  • Provide work to floor in a timely manner
  • Fix allocation issues and adjust inventory
  • Lock, cancel, and release systematic tasks when needed
  • Prioritizing importance of different customer orders
  • Perform incoming inspections as required
  • Rebox, Returns and Rework if needed
  • Complies with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
  • Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.
