Requirements

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining inspection and test plans
• Coordinating customer inspections
• Managing calibration systems
• Supporting audits
• Ensuring documentation meets ISO, Banking, and customer requirements
• Collaborating across departments to interpret specifications
• Issuing updates
• Analyzing NCRs and complaints
• Driving corrective actions
• Supporting the Quality Manager in improving efficiency and automation
