About The Position

The Quality Auditor ensures assembly operations meet quality standards by auditing processes, mentoring employees, and supporting continuous improvement. This role involves auditing vehicles during and after assembly to validate quality, documenting and reporting audit findings for daily tracking, and communicating quality issues to internal teams and suppliers. The auditor will also mentor new employees on QA standards and procedures, support investigations, corrective actions, and process audits, and verify engineering changes and compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years in manufacturing (or 1+ year in truck body/walk-in van manufacturing).
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and perform shop math.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.
  • Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with quality systems preferred.
