About The Position

This role requires a high level of analytical ability with an emphasis on problem-solving and root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to attain work objectives, a self-starter, and possess excellent organization and planning skills. Strong interpersonal and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes, along with fundamental Quality tools such as PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA's, PFD's, Gage R&R's, Run @ Rate, Operator instructions, and IMDS, is required. Familiarity with GM Quality Requirements and the ability to learn and navigate through Plex are also necessary.
