About The Position

We're looking for a Logistic Process Quality Operator to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards throughout our distribution operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure product quality and support continuous improvement in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • Quality Control & Inspection — foundational level; performing routine checks to verify product and process standards
  • Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution — foundational level; applying quality principles throughout the logistics lifecycle
  • Problem Solving — foundational level; identifying issues and escalating them to appropriate stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement — foundational level; supporting initiatives that enhance process robustness and reduce quality risks
  • Collaboration — foundational level; working with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns
  • Customer Orientation — foundational level; ensuring every action supports customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Report Writing — foundational level; documenting inspection results and quality findings clearly
  • Knowledge of the picking and receiving processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently and accurately and be an advocate for Quality
  • Eagerness to learn and develop your skills in a quality-focused environment
  • Dependable communicator who works well in a team and raises concerns when needed
  • Comfortable in a structured, fast-paced distribution setting with clear guidelines
  • Strong team work and integrity
  • Ability to work 2nd shift hours

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Schneider Electric experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections and process controls across the logistics lifecycle to ensure products meet safety and quality standards
  • Help build a quality-focused culture in distribution sites by following procedures and identifying areas for improvement
  • Work with internal teams to communicate logistics and manufacturing issues so they can be resolved quickly
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained for rework and adaptation lines through careful change management
  • Use digital auditing tools to audit pallets, embedded cartons and trailers
  • Product inspections, process improvement tasks, supplier quality inspections, and reviewing orders for special customer requirement compliance, and others tasks as assigned
