About The Position

This is a 1099 contract role for a Quality Auditor with ISO 9001 experience. The primary responsibility is to perform audits at manufacturing sites of clients' suppliers using Pro QC checklists. The role involves identifying risks and potential issues through process audits, classifying audit findings against ISO 9001 requirements, communicating findings with the audit team, and issuing audit reports on time. The current project is for 2 man-days on a regular day shift, but project duration and schedules may vary based on client needs and site availability. The position requires travel to Monticello, Iowa, and nearby areas, and is considered a remote position.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience as a ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Manufacturing and operations backgrounds: Manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, electronics, metal fabrication, plastics, etc.)
• Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical)
• Quality assurance and quality control
• Operations and production management
• Supply chain and logistics
• Healthcare and medical devices
• Energy and utilities

Responsibilities

• Performing the audit at the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers per Pro QC checklists.
• Using the process audit to identify relevant risks and point out potential issues.
• Looking at audit findings and classifying them against the ISO 9001 requirements.
• Communicate findings with the audit team and issue audit report within due day.
