This role will involve providing administrative assistance to the SPU Managers and Supervisors. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent computer skills, especially with data entry
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
Nice To Haves
- post-secondary education preferred
Responsibilities
- Learning and adhering to account guidelines
- Using account guidelines to complete case billing audits
- Researching and investigating short pays, non-pays, and documents appropriately in the collections application
- Performing internal audits
- Running queries with customer specific data
