This role will involve providing administrative assistance to the SPU Managers and Supervisors. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with data entry
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • post-secondary education preferred

Responsibilities

  • Learning and adhering to account guidelines
  • Using account guidelines to complete case billing audits
  • Researching and investigating short pays, non-pays, and documents appropriately in the collections application
  • Performing internal audits
  • Running queries with customer specific data
