Quality Assurance/Testing Engineer Intern
About The Position
As an intern at ONC, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, working alongside skilled QA engineers. You’ll contribute to a high-potential AI product, tackle real-world testing challenges, and develop your quality assurance skills—directly impacting the success of our AI chatbot as we scale. As a Quality Assurance/Testing Engineer Intern, you’ll work closely with our engineering team to ensure the quality and reliability of our AI Chatbot. You’ll help identify and report bugs, run automated and manual tests, and collaborate with your team members and team lead to improve the product's performance and functionality. This internship offers hands-on experience in QA and testing within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automated)
- Proficiency in Python
- Ability to think critically and approach problems from a user-centered perspective
- Curiosity and passion for AI, technology, and quality assurance
Responsibilities
- Test features systematically, including logic, loading screens, and subscription flows
- Verify bug fixes after implementation
- Maintain a structured bug-tracking system
- Provide valuable feedback to improve system performance and user experience
