About The Position

Centro Incorporated is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support production and engineering teams by implementing and maintaining our Quality System. This role ensures products and processes meet quality standards and supports continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or quality background with strong attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data, follow procedures, and communicate effectively
• Computer and quality software proficiency

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years manufacturing experience
• Quality-related certifications (ASQ preferred)
• Knowledge of ISO or Quality Management Systems

Responsibilities

• Perform product, process, and system audits
• Identify, document, and report nonconforming product
• Support production teams with technical quality assistance
• Inspect parts, perform testing, and determine disposition of held product
• Use SPC and quality software; create quality documentation and reports
• Assist with training team members on quality procedures
• Calibrate tools and maintain clean, safe work areas
• Follow all OSHA and Centro safety requirements
