Responsibilities

Conducting comprehensive checks throughout the entire production process, from the inspection of raw ingredients and materials to the final product.
Actively monitor production methods and practices, ensuring that every step aligns with our rigorous safety protocols and quality standards.
Ensures and verifies that all plant departments and employees are adhering to the quality standards and guidelines of the company.
Takes samples, tests, records, and reports on basic physical, chemical, and biological properties of ingredients, formulations, packaging, and other associated material, leading to their acceptance, approval, or disposition.
Actively monitors, teaches, and enforces plant sanitation policies, GMP's, HACCP, and methods for allergen control.
Prepares, maintains, monitors, and tracks plant documentation.
Monitor the departmental efficiency, testing and approval times, yields, scrap loss, and other key indicators.
Teaches, instructs, and leads plant employees in issues regarding sanitation.
Accurately prepares and maintains all departmental forms and documents.
Monitors the completion of paperwork by other departments, emphasizing optimum record keeping within all plant areas.
