The technician will conduct microbiological tests, analyze fat composition, and perform raw, intermediate, and finished product analysis. Environmental testing and product inspection are also key responsibilities. The position requires upholding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), maintaining accurate records, and communicating findings to management and regulatory agencies. The technician will also assist in process improvement and quality issue resolution.
