This role involves performing various tests and analyses to ensure the quality of dairy products. The technician will conduct microbiological tests, analyze fat composition, and perform raw, intermediate, and finished product analysis. Environmental testing, flavoring product, and inspecting the plant for adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are also key responsibilities. The position requires providing accurate and timely information to department managers, maintaining records and documentation of test results, and creating laboratory reports for regulatory agencies and internal teams. Collaboration with teams to apply information for process improvement and quality issue resolution is expected. Other duties as assigned.
