Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with maintaining accurate records as well as experience with accurate measurement capability.
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access) and be able to handle working with multiple programs.
  • Knowledge and work history of focusing on quality and safety in every aspect of the job.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time.
  • Effective and proven communication skills (both written and verbal) working in a team environment.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision w/ strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and or carry such weight a minimum of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch, frequently/constantly to complete tasks.
  • Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater).
  • Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details.
  • Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions.
  • Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise).

Nice To Haves

  • An Associate's Degree or equivalent is a benefit as well as any quality related training or certification.
  • Working experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the quality of Trulieve’s flower products and assisting in the maintenance and continuous improvement of Trulieve’s internal Quality System.
  • Serving as a primary Quality Assurance resource for department supervisors for problem identification, and resolution.
  • Performing a variety of duties including ensuring that the quality Trulieve flower products is of the highest standard and meets and/or exceeds all specifications for our customers.
  • Inspecting and testing flower products for quality defects in the manufacturing process and reporting issues and concerns to various departments.
  • Ensuring all equipment, guards, and safety devices are always in place, and following safe work procedures and safety rules.
  • Performing continual quality control checks to ensure product is produced within specifications.
  • Auditing various applications of flower product to ensure SOP specifications are met.
  • Analyzing spoilage, recording causes, and taking corrective actions where applicable.
  • Monitoring processes and reporting all problems to supervision through interaction and required paperwork.
  • Advising management and coaching fellow co-workers on matters regarding quality issues.
  • Following all SOP requirements and interceding or challenging proper personnel when defects are present in cultivation.
  • Notifying supervisor of any incidences of recurring equipment malfunctions and corrective action taken and of any poor-quality material or supplies noted.
  • Interacting and reporting to/with the Quality Manager/Supervisor in creation and revisions of SOP's (standard operating procedures) as changes and additions require.
  • Keeping the area safe, clean, and organized.
  • Performing other duties as requested
