We're looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to support the inspection, documentation, and quality compliance activities that ensure aerospace components meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. In this role, you'll perform technical assessments, product inspections, and record management while partnering with operations and engineering teams to maintain the highest standards of quality and airworthiness. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or related coursework preferred.
  • Experience in quality assurance, quality inspection, manufacturing, aerospace, or a related technical environment.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 quality management system requirements.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, engineering specifications, procedures, and standards.
  • Experience using precision measurement equipment and inspection tools.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Aerospace manufacturing, repair, or MRO experience.
  • Experience supporting customer or regulatory audits.
  • Familiarity with statistical quality tools, MSA, GR&R, and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Working knowledge of FAA, EASA, or other aerospace regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections and verification activities to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.
  • Conduct critical product inspections using precision measuring equipment and document inspection results.
  • Maintain records supporting product conformity, traceability, and certification requirements.
  • Develop and revise quality procedures, reports, and documentation as needed.
  • Perform technical assessments such as MSA, GR&R, and other quality system evaluations.
  • Review and interpret engineering data, technical specifications, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with Quality Inspectors, Quality Engineers, and Operations teams to ensure proper inspection methods and product traceability.
  • Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and interact professionally with auditors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality system effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100, customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
