About The Position

Coke Florida is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician based out of our Orlando location, working 9:00PM until 5:30AM, Monday-Friday with weekends required as needed. As a Coke Florida Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production process, ensuring products and packaging meets standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year prior production/manufacturing experience OR 2+ years relevant lab technician experience
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to read, write, and keep records
• Good computer skills including literacy with Excel and Word
• Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in science related field preferred
• Food/beverage industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Blending syrup batches for multiple flavors, including Carbonated, Non-Carbonated Beverages
• Receiving and storing concentrate loads following FEFO/FIFO
• Completing blind receivers
• Driving a PIT (Power Industrial Truck/ Forklift) safely to move raw materials
• Operating a lift table to bring materials to blending area
• Performing Tank and Blending System CIP (Clean in Place)
• Performing Water Treatment backwash and Regent
• Unloading High Fructose Corn Syrup from Railcars into Silos
• General area housekeeping
