Responsible for ensuring all products are manufactured following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and food safety preventive control requirements to meet regulatory standards. This position will monitor production processes, perform a variety of quality control tests/inspections, and assist in documentation to maintain compliance with customer and company food safety standards and quality specifications. This includes routine observations and monitoring of receiving, storage, processing, packaging, sanitation, and distribution activities.
