About The Position
True North Maine, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Company’s Quality Assurance Team based out of our facility located in our Machiasport, Maine facility. Cooke is a global seafood company with operations in North America, Europe, and South America. The Quality Assurance Supervisor position is an entry level position that requires a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of safety, quality and accuracy. As a leader you must be able to exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met.

Responsibilities
- Oversees daily quality assurance activities to ensure compliance
- Evaluating risk assessments and identify gaps
- Coordinates verification programs
- Point of contact for customer base
- Providing site specific training to personnel
- Tracking data required for all internal and external regulatory reports
- Leading internal and external audits
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives
